How long will it take to receive my drawings?

You can expect to receive your completed drawings within 2–3 weeks once all project details are finalized.

Need it sooner? Rush options are available for an additional fee—pricing depends on the scope of work.

What if I don’t love my virtual designs—do I get revisions?

The short answer is yes! We want every client to walk away happy with their design. A lot of thought and trial goes into each concept, and in most cases, we’ve explored several variations before sending you the best layout option.

If you’d like to make changes, one revision is included with your package. Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your design files, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments.

Is product sourcing included in my virtual design?

No, product sourcing is not included in the Virtual Design service.
The furniture shown in your virtual design is conceptual—intended to illustrate the overall look, layout, and style of the space.

If you’d like help sourcing specific pieces, we offer Designer for a Day and Designer By Your Side services to support you through the selection and shopping process.

Do I need an Engineer to remove walls or move doorways?

In most cases, yes—especially if you're removing a load-bearing wall or relocating a doorway that could affect the structure. An engineer can assess the impact and provide the proper documentation and approvals.

Can drawings be submitted for permits?

No—concept drawings are for design and visualization purposes only. They do not include the technical details, structural information, or specifications required for building permits.

If permit drawings are needed, you’ll need to work with a qualified architect, engineer, or draftsperson.
